Thank You Algerian Woman

This is the first blog entry I have ever done. I just
have to share my positive feeling with somebody. Since
I am alone I am sending it to the world through the
internet and share it this way. Maybe somebody is going
to read it....
I just came home now after spending the evening at a Parent evening of my son. I could not really understand all that they were talking about. My German is even smaller then my English and most people don't really make the effort to help me understand. I am not blaming no body. I am here in Switzerland since many years and the truth is that I never really tried to learn this language. Any way...;
On my way home, sitting in the tram near the door, a woman was standing waiting to get out. Our eyes met and so I smiled at her and wished her a good night. The woman smiled at me back, took out of her bag a parcel, gave it to me and said; this is from my country. Then she left.
It was so nice. She made me feel so happy. It was a full bag of Date Fruits from Algeria. What a great feeling; Two strangers meet and trade good feeling and wishes without asking for any return.
